Coaching is an opportunity to look deeply into what you want for your life and
take practical action to align the truth of who you are with what you do.
Coaching sessions are present-time and presence centered, with a commitment to compassion as the foundation of well-being. We will draw on a variety of direct experience oriented exercises and tools. They may include meditation, visualization, journaling, and sharing of information as well as body-based experiences such as movement, breath and physical awareness exercises.
I have a lot of information and tools I can share with you that will help you achieve your goals, yet my primary role is to help you tune into your inner wisdom and implement the lifestyle practices that are best for you. You will always be primary authority in your coaching experience and the wellness path we design for you will be unique to you and fit the context of your life.
